- Right to Change Event Details
The organizer reserves the right to modify the event schedule, speakers, topics, venue, pricing, or any stated deliverables at any time without prior notice. Changes may be made at the organizer’s sole discretion and will not entitle participants or sponsors to any compensation, refund, or liability for damages.
- Limitation of Liability
The organizer, its affiliates, and representatives shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, damages, or injuries arising from participation in the event, including travel, attendance, or activities, except in cases of proven gross negligence or willful misconduct.
- Force Majeure
The organizer shall bear no responsibility for delay, cancellation, or alteration of the event due to circumstances beyond its control (including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, wars, strikes, or government restrictions).
- Use of Name, Logo & Intellectual Property
Unauthorized use of the conference brand, name, logo, or promotional materials is strictly prohibited. The organizer may use delegate, sponsor, and speaker names, logos, and images in marketing materials without further permissions unless expressly requested otherwise at the time of registration.
- Recording & Photography
The event may be recorded, photographed, or streamed for promotional and archival purposes. By attending, participants consent to the capture and use of their image, likeness, or voice by the organizer and its authorized partners for legitimate purposes without compensation.
- Cancellation & Substitution Policy
In the event of cancellation by a registered participant, exhibitor, or sponsor, no refunds shall be issued by the organiser. However, substitutions may be permitted at the sole discretion of the organiser, subject to prior discussion. The organiser’s decision in this regard shall be final and binding. This applies to sponsors, exhibitors, and attendees alike.
- Conduct & Security
All attendees are required to comply with the venue’s conduct, safety, and security protocols. The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person whose behavior is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or unlawful, with no refund of registration or sponsorship fees.
- Views Expressed Disclaimer
The views and opinions expressed by speakers, exhibitors, or attendees are their own and do not necessarily reflect those of the organizer or its partners. The organizer is not responsible for the accuracy or reliability of content delivered at the event.
- Health & Safety Acknowledgement
Participants acknowledge that attending a large-scale event involves health, safety, and travel risks. While the organizer takes reasonable measures to ensure safety, attendees assume responsibility for their own health and wellbeing.
- Governing Law & Jurisdiction
Any disputes or claims arising from event participation shall be governed by the jurisdiction and laws as specified by the Courts of Kolhapur, Maharashtra.
- Indemnification
Participants agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the organizer, its affiliates, officers, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, losses, expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees), arising from participation in the event, except those resulting from gross negligence or willful misconduct.
